Order Cancellation Policy

At SharkGadget, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or update an order, please contact us as soon as possible. This Order Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation requests are handled and outlines the conditions under which an order may be cancelled or modified.
How to Request an Order Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please email us at support@sharkgadget.com.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The reason for your cancellation request
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee that the order can be cancelled.
When Can an Order Be Cancelled?
We process orders quickly to reduce delivery times. An order may be cancelled only if it has not yet entered fulfillment, supplier processing, or shipment preparation.
Once an order has been sent for fulfillment, packed, processed by a supplier, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. For this reason, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Recommended Cancellation Time
We strongly recommend submitting cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order.
Requests received after this period will still be reviewed, but we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped before fulfillment begins.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
However, eligible items may still be returned under our 30-Day Return Policy after delivery. The 30-day return period begins from the date the order is delivered. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for full details about return eligibility and the return process.
Bundle Orders
Some SharkGadget products are sold as bundles containing multiple items. Because bundle items may be fulfilled by different suppliers or warehouses, the following conditions may apply:
- Some items may enter processing earlier than others.
- Some items may ship separately.
- Cancelling one part of a bundle after fulfillment has started may not always be possible.
- A bundle cancellation request may need to be reviewed item by item.
If only part of a bundle can be cancelled, we will explain the available options before taking further action.
Order Changes
If you need to change any of the following, please contact us immediately at support@sharkgadget.com:
- Shipping address
- Product selection
- Quantity
- Contact details
Once fulfillment or shipping has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved before fulfillment begins, we will process the appropriate refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Please note that it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Cancellation Requests After Fulfillment Has Started
If an order has already entered fulfillment, we may be unable to stop the shipment.
In that case, the order will continue to be delivered. You may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under our 30-Day Return Policy.
Refused Deliveries
Please do not refuse delivery without contacting us first.
Refused packages may:
- Be returned to a supplier or warehouse.
- Incur return shipping charges.
- Experience processing delays.
- Affect the amount eligible for refund.
Please contact us before refusing a shipment so we can advise you on the best next step.
